Brooklyn provides nursery care for those infants over 4 months of age or older on days that parents are helping in the classroom. Children under 6 months of age can be carried in a child carrier if the parent desires. There is a daily nursery fee of $15, a bi-yearly insurance fee, and an extra fundraising obligation. The children are cared for in a large space that includes 3 rooms: play area, eating/art area, and a quiet area for sleep. The ratio is 1:3-4
